Unable to sleep she searches for something that will soothe her mind. Bourbon? Conversation? Masturbation? A little whittling perhaps?

We join our heroine in the wee hours of the morning awakened from a fitful sleep by her troubled thoughts and anticipation of the next mornings events.

The Adventures of Roni Chewtoy and the Hero Command.

Set slightly in the future and just to the left of our reality RCatHC is at times a tongue in cheek hero genre spoof, serious drama, raunchy sexploitation or an action horror scifi porn satire. RCatHC is the action packed tale of Veronica (Roni) Powers and her introduction to the world of the superhuman. We follow her escape from her mysterious pursuers and induction in the Department of the Hero Command where she discovers the shocking and sometimes depressingly real ins-and-outs of the superhero biz.

So this cover is just temporary while I work on the real one. Originally I designed this as a spoof  ad like the ones in comic books of the 60s and 70s selling everything from paper cap guns to sea monkeys to the rubber gorilla mask that I just had to have when I was seven. My first purchase as I recall, certainly my first mail order purchase. I remember that the wait for the mask to arrive was nearly torture  — mail order ≠ instant gratification.
